Havelock Sportsmen’s Club is not responsible for the accuracy nor honesty of any of the “For Sale/Wanted" listings information presented on this site -nor- for any language translation of it.   The Buyer is cautioned that he/she should contact the Seller and verify the accuracy of ALL information to his/her own satisfaction.

 

Havelock Sportsmen’s Club visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Havelock Sportsmen’s Club and its agents from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party in any way.   While we endeavour to provide a quality experience, Havelock Sportsmen’s Club expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that our service will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted.

 

No oral advice or written information given by Havelock Sportsmen’s Club, its members, licensors or the like, will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice.   Havelock Sportsmen’s Club and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.

 

The maximum possible liability towards any party placing an advertisement or a "For Sale" listing on the Havelock Sportsmen’s Club site is limited in all circumstances, without prejudice, to the actual net value of any fee which may have been originally paid to and received by Havelock Sportsmen’s Club.

 

Havelock Sportsmen’s Club is limited to accepting and displaying advertisements (listings) from members only.  We do not verify any of the information submitted nor validate the authority of the lister to transact the sale of the listed items.

 

Havelock Sportsmen’s Club is not involved in any way as a Broker or Agent for any buyer or seller, nor are we involved in any way in negotiations or mediations between the parties, either before, during or after the sale.   Any correspondence concerning listings which may be received by us; is passed on, in it's entirety, without comment to the appropriate party - to the best of our ability and subject to practical and technical limitations.
